Our unique 4-Step Rodent Removal Process is proven to get rodents out of your home and protect your family and property from future re-infestation. We know how rodents think and where they go. This is why our unique approach to rodent removal and control works, and is like no other.
After the removal, our restoration team will sanitize the infested areas. The areas are then deodorized to minimize odors, making your home less attractive to other rodents. This reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of re-entry.
It’s imperative to control the outdoor rodents around your home by reducing their population. Doing so will make re-infestation that much less likely. This is why your rodent protection plan will include new trapping systems that keep new rats and mice away.

Our Rodent Removal Process
Step 1
Rodent Inspection
It all starts with our trained rodent inspectors. They will inspect the entire home or business to identify current and potential rodent entry points.
Our inspection includes, the crawl spaces, attics, roofs, exterior perimeters, garages, basements, below any accessible decks, any attached structures, and interiors of your home or business.
Photos are taken of rodent damage and rodent entry points for your reference.
Step 2
Rodent Proofing
Our trained rodent proofing technicians follow a detailed report and map given to them by our talented rodent inspectors.
Our rodent proofing technicians will then make the necessary repairs to seal off all current and potential rodent entry points using rodent proof materials.
Step 3
Rodent Clean-Up & Sanitation
Our team will remove the rodent contaminated materials. They will clean and remove, where accessible, rodent feces, rodent nesting sites, damaged insulation, plastic vapor barrier and heat duct pipe insulation. We follow up by sanitizing and deodorizing any area’s where we’ve removed material.
Once clean up is complete we will replace as necessary with new and up to code materials.
At Honest Rodent Proofing, we take care to protect the interior of the home so as not to contaminate the interior living spaces.
Step 4
Follow-Up & Trap Checks
Once the original rodent proofing work is completed, we will schedule your follow-up appointments for every 3-5 days until there is ZERO activity.
During this process we re-inspect all of the rodent proofing repairs made to your home or business. We inspect for any new entry or exit points made by rodents.
Once your home or business is deemed rodent free, we will them remove the trapping system and leave outside boxes for our bi-monthly perimeter defensive program. This step willensure its less likely for a re-infestation.
WARRANTY:
When the 4 Step Rodent Removal process has been completed, all recommended proofing repairs have been performed by Honest Rodent Proofing, and the structure is on our Rodent Protection Program; Honest Rodent Proofing warrants all of our proofing repairs against the target pest.
