Step 1: Greeting & Introduction (5 minutes)

Your technician will arrive on time, introduce themselves, and briefly explain the inspection process so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 2: Full Property Inspection (30–40 minutes)

We perform a top-to-bottom inspection of your home or business, including:

• Attic & Crawlspace – checking for nesting, droppings, and damage.
• Exterior Perimeter – foundations, siding, vent screens, utility lines, AC line sets, and roofline entry points.
• Garages & Decks – attached areas where rodents often slip in.
